We run yoga classes for everybody. Whether you have an injury, need time out of your busy day to simply nourish yourself, need to release the things keeping you from being at peace, or just love the way yoga makes you feel - we have a class perfectly suited to you.

Even more reason to get your yoga on! Every body is different and we run classes that cater for different levels and abilities. We even run one on one classes for people who might be injured, nervous to join a group class or just would like individual attention.
We keep our class numbers to a minimum, so you wont get lost in the crowd. Our Yoga classes have all different bodies and abilities within them also. We are passionate about creating a non-judgmental and friendly yoga space....so everyone can feel at ease.
