Daily Wellness Guide

Hydrate With Water

Discipline - Try to set yourself a goal to make a habit of drinking 2 litres of water a day. Herbal tea anyone?
Spring or Filtered - Drinking fresh pure water is highly beneficial when compared to plastic bottled or tap water.
Away From Meals - don't dilute your digestive power. Avoid other than a few sips, 15 mins before to 45 mins after a meal.
Sipped Not Gulped - It is best to sip your water throughout the day to increase absorption, and less rushing to the bathroom!

Eat More Live Nutritious Foods

Juice Veggies - Get all your nutrients down with ease by juicing veggies (and limited fruit) for a quick energy boost!
Fruit - avoid those other simple sugars and enjoy a nutrient packed sweet treat daily. Vary the colours and include berries.
Organic - Try to shop for APPROVED organic foods to avoid the invisible nasties like spray on pesticides.
Raw - Make more of your own recipes from scratch with raw ingredients and healthier alternatives. Less processed the better.
Sprouts - jam packed with much needed alkaline vitamins and clean green nutrients. Add them to the side of every meal.
Fermented - ferment your own or buy them pre made. They assist our much needed natural probiotics for a healthy gut.
Nuts & Seeds - They are an easy snack with plenty of healthy fats, protein, vitamins & minerals. Learn how to activate them!

Quit Sugar & Additives

Artificial Sweeteners - Most of these are just as harmful as sugar itself, they are simply added chemicals. Consider Stevia.
MSG - A type of sodium found hidden in many foods, side effects may include skin rash, bloating, headaches and nausea.
Colours - Please avoid... just another added chemical that our precious bodies do not need. Natural alternatives do exist!
Processed Foods - artificial food like substances! They are often nutrient void and thus contribute to many Western health problems.
Preservatives - very unnatural additives to keep our food looking fresh. Just more harmful numbers found on the ingredient panel.

Dissolve Your Stress

Exercise - Get your body moving and release serotonin in the brain (happy hormones) It is a great way to de-stress!
Meditate - take your body into alert conscious sleep and reset your nervous system. How's your ability to deal with daily stress?
Laughter - As they say Laughter is the best medicine!  Make the effort to have a good laugh and not take everything too seriously.
Deep Breathing - Many of us forget everyday to just take the time the BREATHE, it helps reset and relax the body. Too simple really.
Sleep & Rest - 7-8 Hours of sleep a night is the best for your body to completely heal over night ready for tomorrow!
Massage - treat your body and release that muscle tension caused by our daily busyness. It's the only body you'll have.

Spend Time In Nature

Oxygen - It's important to get outside as often as you can to breathe fresh pure air, away from pollution or even stuffy offices.
Vitamin D - natural sun light is very important for our bodies function and happiness, but protect yourself from any very harsh rays!
Reduce EMF - Put your phone on flight mode can help, but getting away from rooms full of WiFi and other radiation where possible.
Grounding - Connect your body directly to the earth to offload any build up of EMF. A beach walk is perfect, or even on damp lawn.
Earth Care - choose products that are environmentally friendly. Recycle, plant some trees and grow your own fresh veggies.

Keep A Mindful Attitude

Plan To Achieve - Setting yourself short and long term goals is essential to accomplish life with success.
Intention - Always plan to have good intensions, and start the day with a happy healthy attitude each morning.
Power Of Now - Live in the moment, accept the things you cannot change from the past and live the best day you can TODAY.
Visualisation - Take the time to tap into your creativity and visualise what you really want in life. It will eventually pass your way.
Gratitude - Give thanks, be thankful for all the good you have in your life and you will receive more of this greatness. Thankyou.

Care For Yourself & Others

Pamper Yourself - Take time to have a relaxing bath, massage or natural treatment, Your body and mind will thank you for it!
Good Deeds - be open to help someone in need, whether its a big or small act of kindness. What goes around, comes around.
Listen to your body - Be aware of your body, being aware and sense if something isn't quite feeling right.
Circle Of Friends - Surround yourself with positive people who share similar views, and reconsider those who drag you down.
