Osteopath

Osteopathy involves a range of manual techniques including soft tissue work, stretching and manipulation of the skeleton and muscles to promote improved mobility and balance. The central belief of this manual medicine is that a healthy body relies on a structurally sound musculo-skeletal system. Only when the bones, joints and muscles are working smoothly and harmoniously can the other systems of the body (the nervous systems, circulation or lymphatics) function at their best.

At Natureco – Our Internationally trained Osteopaths are registered members of the AHPRA Osteopathy Board of Australia www.osteopathyboard.gov.au and Australian Osteopathic Association www.osteopathic.com.au. Both are highly specialised in treating chronic pain of the back, neck, shoulder & hips as well as giving postural advice for injury prevention.
